Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet

Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet is a buffet in West Des Moines serving Chinese, Japanese and American dishes. The spread includes freshly grilled hibachi, more than fifteen kinds of sushi, an noodle station and a long line of Chinese favorites, with over 250 items to choose from, including steak, chicken, salad and dessert.

Diners walk in, since reservations are not taken. Weekday dinner service starts in the late afternoon, and weekends run the dinner menu all day. Takeout is popular, either by weight or as the all-you-can-eat buffet to go, and small and large trays are available to take home. A banquet room hosts bridal showers, weddings, birthdays and meetings, and the restaurant is family-friendly.
