Verona Meadows Golf Driving Range

Verona Meadows Golf Driving Range is a family-run practice range on the Maurer family farm in Verona, open since 1991. Buckets of balls come in small, large and jumbo sizes, club rental is free, and gift certificates and prepaid bucket cards are available. The range was rebuilt in 2025 with a new clubhouse, a paved lot and a tee line partly under a roof with all-weather mats.

There are no memberships or reservations, so you just show up and hit. Group outings need a call ahead to check dates. The range sits on rolling farm hills about 1.3 miles from University Ridge, and it is open seven days a week, weather permitting, so call first if the sky looks iffy. Bottled water and Gatorade are sold at the counter, and visitors can order delivery from nearby restaurants.
