Peter Kraus Fitness

Peter Kraus Fitness is a neighborhood training and wellness club founded by Peter Kraus, who holds a degree in dietetics and has more than 20 years of experience in fitness. Coaching centers on one-on-one personal training and small group sessions, with group classes and a recovery area that offers infrared saunas and cold plunges in private suites.

New members begin with a comprehensive health assessment that can include movement analysis, clinical diagnostics with physician Dr. Allan Mottram, a DEXA scan and VO2 max testing. Memberships include unlimited access to amenities and 24/7 open gym access. Free gym tours and consultations can be booked through the website. The Verona location is on West Verona Avenue, and the company also operates gyms in Madison, Middleton, Wausau and Oshkosh.
