The Nutrition Studio

The Nutrition Studio offers individual nutrition counseling from Carol, a registered dietitian nutritionist who owns the practice. Counseling focuses on realistic, long-term changes for people managing conditions such as pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and weight management, as well as people who simply want to eat better. Sessions run 45 to 90 minutes.

Sessions can be held in person or virtually, and the practice accepts most major insurance plans and is in-network with most major carriers. Appointments are booked online through a client portal. The office is in Montclair, New Jersey, on Hillside Avenue. Carol also offers tailored webinars and workshops for groups and bespoke meal plans and recipe collections.
