Ascend Physical Therapy

Ascend Physical Therapy is a physical therapy practice that treats acute injuries, chronic pain and sports injuries. Its services include orthopedic injury care for the spine, hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist, foot and ankle, pre- and post-operative care, geriatric rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programs. Treatment combines hands-on manual therapy with therapeutic exercise and home exercise programs.

The practice is small, so each patient is seen by the same physical therapist for the entire visit. Same-day, early morning and evening appointments are offered, and the office has an on-site parking lot that is handicap accessible. Ascend Physical Therapy is on Grove Street in Montclair, at the back of the building on the corner of Walnut Street.
