Next Level Physio

Next Level Physio is a physical therapy practice built around runners and lifelong athletes over 30 who are dealing with chronic pain, setbacks or performance plateaus. Treatment combines biomechanics, targeted conditioning and regenerative methods such as shockwave therapy and blood flow restriction training, and the practice offers running gait analysis for runners. It also treats common sports and joint problems, including knee pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, tennis elbow and back or neck pain.

The practice has locations in Montclair and Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, and in Cary and Raleigh, North Carolina. Patients can request a consultation or book an evaluation through the website.
