Stack Wellness Cafe

Stack Wellness Cafe is a healthy fast-casual cafe known for protein smoothies, bowls and wraps, with breakfast items and energy infusions also on the menu. Bestsellers include the Buffalo Chicken wrap or bowl and the Rocket Pop and Cookie Monster protein smoothies. Each item lists its protein, carbs, fats and calories, so guests can track their macros.

The Urbandale location at 8513 Hickman Rd is one of several Stack cafes in the Cedar Rapids area and Waukee. Orders can be placed online or in store, and the cafe also offers catering for offices and teams, with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan and keto options. A mobile smoothie van can be booked for events of up to four hours, and the Stack Club app offers rewards for regular customers.
