Fresh Fit Meals

Fresh Fit Meals is a meal prep restaurant that makes dietitian-designed, chef-crafted meals, with over 40 options and a menu that is about 95% gluten free. Its menu covers low carb, dairy free and high protein choices, plus protein shakes and smoothies. Meals are fully fresh, not frozen, and are ready in about 90 seconds in the microwave.

You can stop in and pick out meals for the day or week, or pre-order online. Delivery is offered within the Des Moines metro, and the Urbandale store also has a delivery option. Gift cards are sold, and the business runs locations in Urbandale and Ankeny along with a downtown Des Moines spot on Grand Avenue. Weight loss consultations can be booked in store or online.
