Super Fitness

Super Fitness is a gym in Toledo that has been open since 1972 and is locally owned. It offers cardio equipment, circuit training, free weights, group exercise classes, and a swimming pool with whirlpool and saunas. Programs include beginner and weight loss plans, senior citizen programs, and a kids' club.

The gym has a women-only club and a co-ed club, and free personal training is included with membership. Both locations are wheelchair accessible. The main location is at Telegraph and Alexis, and a second Super Fitness is at Dorr and Reynolds, both on the Toledo side of town.
