CrossFit Toledo

CrossFit Toledo is a CrossFit gym that has been open since 2006, offering high-intensity, constantly varied workouts that are scaled for beginners and experienced athletes alike. The gym runs an Elements Onboarding Program for newcomers, and a first Fundamentals session is free. Experienced members and competitive athletes can train with advanced programming, and the gym also offers FitFresh meal service.

Members with verified access can work out around the clock, and traveling athletes are welcome to drop in after registering. The facility is about 5,000 square feet with locker rooms and multiple showers. Coaches are certified, and several have competed in weightlifting and CrossFit events. The gym is at 757 Warehouse Rd in Toledo.
