St. James Club

St. James Club is a locally owned health and fitness club on Toledo's west side, run by the Gomez family since 1992. The facility is about 30,000 square feet and includes an indoor workout area, an outdoor workout area, group exercise classes, indoor and outdoor heated pools, a steam room, a sauna and a whirlpool, with showers and locker rooms.

Members can take unlimited group exercise and water aerobics classes, which cover cardio and sculpt, cycling, step, weight training, yoga, Pilates and line dancing. Personal trainers build individualized programs, and the club offers swim lessons, a swim team and Silver Sneakers. PT Link Therapy operates on-site for physical therapy. Hours run from early morning until 9 PM on weekdays, with a shorter schedule on weekends.
