GoMAD Fitness

Go M.A.D. Fitness in Toledo is a 25,000 square foot gym for the whole family, from infants to seniors. The floor includes a strength and cardio area with over 15,000 square feet of equipment, a turf functional training area with sleds, hurdles and ladders, and over 50 group fitness classes for all levels. Nationally certified personal trainers are part of the mix, and members can also use hydromassage lounge chairs, a sauna and a smoothie bar with pre and post-workout drinks.

The gym is open 24 hours a day for members, and a kids club takes children from infants to 11 years old while parents work out. Membership is month-to-month, and new and existing members get a complimentary personal training session. Group fitness classes are free to members. The club is at 5215 Monroe Street in Toledo and has convenient parking.
