The Gourmet Niche

The Gourmet Niche is a commercial catering space and commissary kitchen in Tacoma, run by Chef Bette Anne Curry. Her catering business has served the Puget Sound area for nearly 20 years, with innovative cuisine and full-service event design. The kitchen also houses other small food producers, including Boss Mama's Kitchen, Filipino Style Peanuts and Paleo Pushers.
