Beirut Bites

Beirut Bites is a family-owned Lebanese restaurant serving charbroiled mashawi, shawarma, falafel and mezze. The menu includes hummus, mutabal batenjen, fattoush and tabbouleh, along with wraps like the chicken shawarma sandwich and a grass-fed beef shawarma sandwich. Cooking uses olive oil, ghee and beef tallow, and dishes are made from scratch.

The restaurant is in the Marketplace Flats at 3555 Market Place West in University Place, Washington. Takeout, pickup and delivery are offered, and catering packages for groups of 10 or more need 72 hours' notice. Some plates, such as the Tabliyit Beirut board, are dine-in only.
