Provider Rehab

Provider Rehab is an occupational therapy and hand clinic focused on injuries and conditions of the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers. Its therapists treat tendon injuries, work and sports injuries, fractures, tendonitis, arthritis, repetitive stress injuries, burns, joint replacements, complex regional pain syndrome and fibromyalgia. Treatment can include custom and prefabricated splints, scar and pain management, edema control, kinetic taping and written home programs.

The clinic has locations in Brooklyn and Staten Island. Staff include an occupational therapist and an occupational therapy assistant who see patients at both sites and accept most insurances. Each patient gets an individualized plan aimed at returning to work, daily life and sports as soon as possible.
