Jelber's Decorative Arts

Jelber's Decorative Arts is a decorative painting and faux finishing company in New York, founded in 2013 by principal and decorative artist Jelber Zapana. The company works on residential and commercial interiors, offering Venetian plaster, metallic finishes, old-world textures, gold leafing, stenciling and furniture refinishing, with a focus on eco-friendly materials.

Projects begin with an in-home consultation, where the team talks through colors and textures and prepares custom samples before any work is installed. The business is based on Staten Island and is open Monday through Saturday, with consultations requested by phone or through the website contact form.
