Flowers by Bernard

Flowers by Bernard is a family-owned florist on Staten Island, in business since 1974. The shop designs arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy and funerals, weddings, and events, and customers often order bouquets of roses, tulips, and peonies. Plants and gift baskets are also available.

Orders can be placed online or by phone during business hours, and same-day delivery across Staten Island is offered for orders placed before noon. Delivery fees depend on the address and appear at checkout. If the recipient isn't home, the driver leaves the flowers in a safe spot or arranges a later delivery. Customers can also describe preferred flowers or colors, and the florists will work from that. There are two shops, one on Amboy Road and one on Hylan Boulevard.
