Be Yoga & Dance

Be Yoga & Dance is a yoga studio founded in January 2016 with a focus on supportive community and classes that help students deepen their understanding of themselves and the practice. The studio offers a range of yoga classes, teacher training programs including 200 and 300 hour trainings, a mentorship program, retreats and workshops, along with gift certificates.

New students can try one month of unlimited classes for a introductory price. The studio is in Rosebank on Staten Island, at 1232 Bay Street, and students who have taken classes often describe the instructors as welcoming and easy to talk to.
