Soma Massage & Wellness

Soma Massage & Wellness offers therapeutic massage aimed at releasing tension and easing pain, along with cupping, Reiki and a seaweed foot soak and salt scrub called the Maine Ritual. Its licensed therapists work in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, reflexology and polarity, and the team includes practitioners trained in Thai bodywork and aromatherapy.

The center is in South Portland and takes bookings online or by phone. Gift certificates can be purchased on the website. Couples massage is available, and a foot soak can be added to a massage or booked on its own. Founder Julie Wright has practiced massage for more than two decades.
