Triad Wellness

Triad Wellness is a functional fitness gym in Silverdale that runs group classes for all fitness levels, along with personal training, semi-private training, and one-on-one nutrition coaching. Coaches scale each daily workout so beginners and experienced members train side by side, and the lunch hour power workouts suit people who can only train midday. The gym also offers yoga, Zumba, youth and teen fitness, mobility sessions, and life coaching.

The gym has a sauna and cold plunge for recovery, and members can book classes through an app. Beginners are usually asked to start with about three classes a week, and new members can book a free intro session to tour the gym and meet the coaches before signing up. Triad Wellness is locally owned and is located at 9960 Silverdale Way in Silverdale.
