36OM is a yoga and Pilates studio in Silverdale, offering hot and non-heated yoga, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, barre and workshops. The studio has two rooms: a heated room with radiant heat panels for hot vinyasa, sculpt and slow flow classes, and an unheated room for vinyasa and yin. Reformer Pilates uses a resistance-based apparatus to work on core control, alignment and full-body movement.

The studio is in the basement level at 10705 Silverdale Way NW in Silverdale, Kitsap County. Its instructors include a former ER charge nurse, a public school teacher and a licensed marriage and family therapist. The studio offers free yoga in the park during summer for members and newcomers, and it has been operating since 2015.
