Many Bennies

Many Bennies serves build-your-own ice cream, with real fruit blended to order into a sweet cream, dairy, vegan or vanilla lavender base. Guests choose up to two Washington-grown organic fruits such as strawberry, mango, blueberry or raspberry, then add toppings like cacao nibs, hot honey, lemon curd or Tajín. The menu also includes fruit smoothies made with coconut milk and honey, and any cup or cone can be turned into a milkshake.

Many Bennies is a walk-in shop with no reservations, located in Fremont in Seattle. It offers vegan and gluten-free options, but the menu notes that traces of dairy, gluten and other allergens may be found in all products, so mention any allergies when ordering. Gift cards are available, and the shop opens earlier on Thursday through Sunday than on weekdays.
