Seafood since 1938, from Seattle's waterfront1109 1st Ave, Suite 350, Seattle, WA

Ivar's is a Seattle seafood chain that started in 1938 when Ivar Haglund opened an aquarium on Pier 54 and began selling clam chowder and fish and chips. The company now runs about 18 fast casual Seafood Bars across the Pacific Northwest, three full-service waterfront restaurants, and stadium concessions at several local ballparks and stadiums. Fried fish, red clam chowder and fish and chips are the core of the menu.
The flagship, Acres of Clams, sits on Pier 54 on Seattle's waterfront. Ivar's Salmon House overlooks Lake Union and the Seattle skyline, and Mukilteo Landing sits on Possession Sound near the ferry dock. Reservations and group dining are available at the full-service restaurants, and gift cards can be bought online. The Seafood Bars are casual counter-service spots, and the company's headquarters office is at 1109 1st Ave in Seattle.
