FreeStar Fitness Burien

FreeStar Fitness is a hybrid boutique gym offering coached strength and conditioning group classes, one-on-one personal training, and 24/7 keyfob access to the gym floor. Members can also book Glow Party sessions, blacklight workouts for birthdays, team outings and bachelorette parties.

Classes run 50 minutes and are held seven days a week at both locations. New visitors can try the gym with a three-day pass that requires no card and no contract, and staff will help build a training plan once you are in. The Burien gym is at 15830 1st Ave S, and a second location serves Federal Way.
