The Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association

The Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association, known as NEPATLA, is a membership group for civil litigators in northeastern Pennsylvania. Its members include attorneys from large regional firms as well as smaller firms and solo practitioners. The association works on advocacy, continuing legal education and member resources for the plaintiff's trial bar.

The group advocates for the civil justice system and the right to a jury trial, and it opposes tort reform that would limit compensation for injured people. It runs trial advocacy programs such as a personal injury boot camp and holds an annual golf outing.
