The Tire Store

The Tire Store sells tires for cars, trucks, SUVs and vans, and handles tire and auto repair work at its shop on Higuera Street. It is a certified dealer for Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly, and also carries Michelin, Toyo, Hankook, BFGoodrich and Bridgestone. Common jobs include flat tire repair, tire balancing, wheel alignments, brake repair and preventative maintenance.

The shop works on a walk-in and scheduled basis, and customers can request an instant auto repair quote through the website. Weekday hours run through the afternoon, with a shorter Saturday morning schedule. The shop is in downtown San Luis Obispo, and the staff are described as certified technicians who handle on-the-spot service.
