RRM Design Group

RRM Design Group is an employee-owned design firm that brings architecture, planning and urban design, landscape architecture, civil and structural engineering, and surveying together under one roof. The firm works on housing, schools, parks, fire stations, civic buildings, commercial and hospitality projects, and trails, guiding work from early concept through final delivery.

Clients typically work with one in-house team rather than coordinating separate consultants. The San Luis Obispo office is at 3765 S. Higuera St., and RRM also has offices in San Leandro, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Juan Capistrano, San Diego and Seattle. Careers and open positions are listed on the company's site.
