Depth Perceptions Diving Services

Depth Perceptions Diving Services has been a fixture of the Central Coast diving community since 1987, selling and servicing dive equipment from major brands. Recreational divers can rent a full set of gear while they decide what to buy, and the shop fills cylinders with grade E air and nitrox up to 40 percent. The business also takes on commercial diving work, including search and salvage, tank inspections and pier and outfall inspections.

Certification classes run from beginner to advanced, and the shop is an official NAUI Training Center that also teaches PADI courses. Trip planning covers daily local reef dives as well as longer journeys, including trips to Palau. The storefront on Los Osos Valley Road in San Luis Obispo is closed on Wednesdays and keeps shorter hours on Sundays, while the commercial crew works mobile for private contractors and public agencies.
