RunPaws Mobile Fitness runs dogs on non-motorized treadmills inside an air-conditioned mobile dog gym that comes to the customer's location. The company is veterinarian owned and offers 20 to 30 minute sessions tailored to each dog's needs, with harnessed dogs encouraged to walk, trot or run with toys, praise and periodic breaks for health checks. It is a fit for dogs that are energetic, overweight, recovering from surgery, anxious or reactive, and the company works with dogs from 2 to 250 pounds, provided they are at least 4 months old and vaccinated.

Sessions are booked in advance, with single, double, triple and quad options and subscription plans for weekly or twice-weekly runs. Staff typically text or call the day before and send an arrival ETA. Owners can stay for the first session to help their dog get comfortable with the van, and many leave their dog with the team afterward. Service covers most of the San Antonio metropolitan area.
