Salix Sauna & Wellness Suites

Salix Sauna & Wellness Suites offers private infrared sauna suites along with cold plunge, red light therapy and movement-based sessions. The infrared sauna uses Clearlight saunas and sessions run 45 minutes, with a larger Movement Sauna that fits four to five people for stretching, yoga or guided workouts. Cold plunge sessions are under 10 minutes, and red light sessions run 20 minutes in a private suite.

Peloton Garden offers 60-minute rides on two commercial bikes, with access to live and on-demand classes. Booking is done online by picking a service, time and suite, and drop-in visits, multi-packs and memberships are available. The space is wheelchair accessible, gift cards are sold, and the business is open 24/7 on the Gratiot Road side of Saginaw.
