CrossFit Whip

CrossFit Whip is a CrossFit gym offering affiliate programming with certified coaches, with multiple versions of every workout so classes can be scaled to each member's fitness level. The gym serves people aiming to compete as well as those who want to get healthier, and it also offers nutrition coaching.

The gym has two locations, one on Gratiot Road and one on Bay Road in Saginaw. New members can take a free first class and may start with eight one-on-one sessions with a certified coach that teach the foundational CrossFit movements. Prospective members can call, text, email or message to schedule a free consult.
