Pure-NRGY

Pure-NRGY is a gym in Saginaw that welcomes people at every fitness level, with a focus on group fitness classes, personal training and strength equipment. The equipment list includes treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, power racks, deadlift platforms, kettlebells and strongman gear such as farmers handles, sandbags and sleds.

Memberships run month to month with no contract or on one-year plans, and there are punch cards and single-visit day passes for drop-ins. Personal training is sold by the hour or half hour. The gym is at 4367 Bay Rd, right behind Chili's. Anyone under 18 needs an adult to sign up, and kids 13 and older can work out with an adult present.
