ShapeShift Pilates Studio

ShapeShift Pilates Studio teaches Pilates with a focus on private sessions, which the studio calls its specialty. Private sessions are tailored to each client's body, history and goals, and the studio works with people managing chronic pain, posture concerns, injury recovery, or anyone wanting steady, professional guidance. Semi-private sessions for two or three people and small group classes of four to eight are also offered.

Private and semi-private sessions are booked by appointment through a call or text, and new clients can take a multi-session intro package. Group classes can be booked through the website. Parking is free, with street-level spaces and an underground lot that has an elevator and stairs up to the studio on South Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. Clean socks are required on the equipment, and grip socks are sold at the studio.
