423 Yoga

423 Yoga is a heated yoga and movement studio offering Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Mat Pilates, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Sound Baths and Meditation. Classes are built for every level, and instructors offer modifications and challenges so first-timers and experienced practitioners can each work at their own pace. Pop-up classes such as 26/2 and Sound Baths are offered alongside the regular schedule.

The studio sits on the west side of Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, and the space is known for being clean. Parking is free in a garage that opens 15 minutes before class, with neighborhood street parking also available. New students can try two weeks of unlimited classes for $49, and the studio also runs trainings, workshops and CPR classes.
