Slow Bloom Coffee Cooperative

Slow Bloom Coffee Cooperative is a worker-owned coffee shop and roaster formed by former employees of Augie's Coffee, a collective of coffee workers allied with the UE union. The menu centers on espresso drinks, cold drinks, and tea, with seasonal lattes such as the Caramel Apple Latte, Cranberry Matcha, and Vienna Latte, plus house-made sauces and sodas. The cooperative also sells whole-bean coffee from Honduras, along with merchandise and brewing equipment like grinders, scales, and kettles.

The cafe is at 420 W Colton Ave in Redlands, open every day from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Almond and oat milks are available at no extra charge, and most syrups are vegan except honey. Wholesale and catering are also offered, and the cooperative sells its coffee online.
