Cheesewalla

Cheesewalla is a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich shop that puts a creative spin on the classic. Its menu runs from a traditional cheddar, provolone and swiss on sourdough to more unusual builds, including a cheddar grilled cheese on a glazed donut, a peanut butter and cream cheese sandwich with grape or strawberry preserve, and a samosa version with cheddar and spiced potatoes served with chutneys and cucumber yogurt sauce. Other options include a loaded baked potato, a jalapeño popper, a buffalo chicken and a barbecue mac and cheese sandwich, plus a tomato basil bisque.

The shop is at 5 E. Citrus Ave in Redlands, in Suite 106. It is open Monday through Saturday and on Sunday afternoons, and it also takes orders through DoorDash.
