Las Fuentes Restaurant

Las Fuentes Mexican Grill & Bar serves a broad menu of Mexican dishes, from fajitas on a sizzling skillet and enchiladas in red, green, mole and cream sauces to burritos, chimichangas and carne asada plates. Seafood lovers can order shrimp cocktail, ceviche, camarones a la diabla or beer-battered fish tacos, and the menu also includes breakfast plates such as huevos rancheros and a combination section.

The kitchen covers appetizers like nachos, quesadillas and a Mexican sampler, plus soups including menudo and tortilla soup. Most entrées come with rice and beans, and some items, such as the Grande Platter for Two, are not available to go. The restaurant is on North Eureka Street in Redlands.
