Subarama

Subarama is a sub shop in Redding that bakes its bread in-house every morning and slices its meats fresh. Customers build their own sandwich, choosing up to three meats and their favorite cheese, piled onto the house-baked bread. The French dip is one regular's favorite, and the shop also runs a food truck for lunches and celebrations.

Subarama is locally owned and has been open since 1994. The main location is at 2495 Athens Ave, and a smaller Subarama Express is inside the Val-U Mart on Westside Road. Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery, and the shop takes catering orders for work lunches and parties.
