COCO Mongolian Grill & Sushi serves build-your-own barbecue cooked on a Mongolian grill, with noodle bowls and a sushi menu alongside. Lunch is a single serving at a set price, while dinner is all-you-can-eat. Both come with soup, steamed rice and a small appetizer, and shrimp or scallops can be added for an extra charge per trip.

The restaurant is open every day from 11 AM to 9 PM, so lunch and dinner both fit easily into the week. Pickup orders can be called in, and DoorDash handles delivery. Guests 65 and over and children ages 2 to 10 get reduced prices. Grill dishes can also be custom ordered by phone. The restaurant is in Redding.
