D3 Dental Design

D3 Dental Design is a dental laboratory that fabricates appliances for dentists and orthodontists. The lab makes removable and fixed appliances, including space maintainers, palatal bars, and expanders, along with functional appliances, splints and mouth guards, physical and digital models, and dental handpiece repairs. Its work starts from scans or files sent in by the practice.

Orders are placed by filling out an order form and emailing it, or by sending a prepaid USPS mailing label with the case. The lab has a dedicated team for design and fabrication, and staff will help with difficult cases. The business has been in operation for more than 40 years and is based at Village Park Drive in Powell.
