City of Powell

The City of Powell runs parks and recreation programs for children and adults, including sports, robotics, meditation and crafting classes. Families sign up and create accounts through Powell.RecDesk.com, and the city also maintains the splash pad at Village Green Park and a solar picnic pavilion that provides shade and picnic tables.

Tables in the solar pavilion can be rented for private events for an additional fee, and park shelters and sports facilities are also available to rent through the same site. Classes can be canceled for low enrollment, and refunds are issued by check and handled case by case through the Parks and Recreation Department. The city office is at 47 Hall Street.
