Building Control Integrators

Building Control Integrators, also called BCI, is a building automation company that designs, installs and supports control systems for commercial buildings. Its work centers on BACnet-based systems that link HVAC, lighting, shades, access and audiovisual equipment, and the company says it can integrate controls from different manufacturers into one uniform system. Clients include higher education, healthcare, data centers, K-12 schools, commercial and government buildings. The company is the authorized Delta Controls partner for Ohio, Michigan and western Pennsylvania, and it offers energy analytics, network design, system commissioning and retro-commissioning.

BCI has a corporate office in Powell, Ohio, at 383 N. Liberty Street, with other offices in Cincinnati, Brecksville, Okemos and Pittsburgh. Emergency service is available along with scheduled off-hours shutdowns and custom training. Its services are aimed at building owners and operators rather than homeowners.
