Summerfield Civic Association

The Summerfield Civic Association runs Summerfield, a 55+ planned residential community with single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, apartments and independent living accommodations. The community is built around a year-round 9-hole public golf course, and residents also use a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a library.

The community offers a wide range of clubs and activities, from art, book and garden clubs to golf leagues, tai chi and yoga, and support groups. The HOA office is open weekday mornings, and the golf course takes tee-time bookings and sells green fees and rentals. The community covers over 200 acres.
