Artisan Dental Laboratory

Artisan Dental Laboratory is a dental lab that makes crowns, bridges, implant restorations, provisionals, removable appliances and occlusal guards for dentists. The lab works only with dental offices rather than walk-in patients, and it builds its business on education, customer service and a consistent product on every case.

Dentists send cases in by mail, through an online upload or by requesting a UPS shipping label, and the lab also offers local pickup. Its drivers carry completed cases back to offices, and dentists can order digital impression or Rx forms from the lab's website. The lab is on Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland, Oregon.
