Cascade Nutritional Therapy

Cascade Nutritional Therapy is a holistic nutrition practice led by Amber Swanson, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. The practice focuses on finding the root cause of chronic conditions using manual muscle testing, then working on it through diet changes, whole food nutrition and individualized supplements. Common concerns include sensitivities to foods, weight loss, thyroid, adrenal and fatigue issues.

Sessions include muscle testing to identify weak points and removing inflammatory foods from the diet, with a cold laser used on acupoints to reduce the body's reaction to problem foods.
