Vitalius Real Estate Group

Vitalius Real Estate Group is a boutique real estate brokerage that handles residential, condo, multi-unit, commercial and waterfront sales in Southern and Midcoast Maine. The firm says it has sold many multi-family homes in Greater Portland and publishes annual market reports on the multi-family, condo and residential markets.

Buyers and sellers can search listings by property type, beds, baths and price, and the brokerage also works on new developments such as townhome and condo projects. Its office is on Congress Street in downtown Portland, and the team includes several brokers who specialize in different property types.
