Apartment Locator

Apartment Locator, also known as Johnson Realty, is a rental agency and property management company serving the greater Portland, Maine area. It lists houses, condos and apartments for tenants and manages rental properties for owners who want their units leased to screened tenants. Greg Johnson is the designated broker and owner, and Michael Smarc has managed the business since 2005.

Tenants can browse current listings with photos and details, review the rental application and guidelines, and pay rent online. Property owners can request a personal appointment to discuss rental and management options. The office is at 76 Park Avenue in Portland.
