Property management in Portland

Property management companies handle the day-to-day work of owning or renting out a home or building, so owners do not have to. Common services include finding and screening tenants, collecting rent, arranging repairs and upkeep, and handling move-outs and clean-outs. Some also help with leasing, remodeling, or rent analysis. When you contact a firm in Portland, ask how it screens tenants and how fast it responds to repair requests, and get the fee structure in writing, including any charges for leasing or maintenance. Call a few weeks before you need the service, since good managers often book up when a lease is ending.
