Ahmed Rentals

Ahmed Rentals is an apartment rental company in Portland, Maine, offering both furnished and unfurnished apartments. The furnished units come with cooking ware, linens and towels, and are available for short stays of a few weeks or longer leases with flexible, custom pricing. Unfurnished apartments are in well-maintained buildings with high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, parking and backyards or outdoor spaces.

Renting starts with a video walkthrough of an apartment and a showing scheduled online, followed by an online application with required documents, credit and background checks. Leases can be signed electronically, with a holding deposit paid before move-in. The company has a full-time maintenance staff and has been in the rental business for over 12 years, with its office at 871 Congress Street in Portland.
