Maine Massage & Float

Maine Massage & Float offers therapeutic massage and float therapy in Portland. Massage sessions run 60, 75 or 90 minutes and use deep tissue, Swedish and sports techniques, with medical massage, cupping and myofascial release also available. Floats take place in private sensory deprivation suites filled with warm, buoyant Epsom salt water, in 60 or 90 minute sessions aimed at stress relief, pain management and recovery.

The studio has been operating since 2010 and has three float suites. Therapists are available seven days a week, and appointments can be booked online. Monthly massage and float memberships are offered, and gift certificates that never expire can be used for any service. The studio is on Forest Avenue in Portland.
